Having participated at many IFTTA Conferences and Workshops in the last years, and having enjoyed the hospitality of our colleagues and friends, we have now the honour to organize the
 

5th European IFTTA Workshop on Travel and Tourism Law.

 
The workshop takes place from 
 

April 17 - 20, 2012 in Rostock, Germany.


The main topics are:
 
- The proposal for a new Package Travel Directive
- New developments in EU passengers' rights
- Enforcement of Travel Law
- EU national reports on recent developments in Travel and Tourism Law.

IFTTA - International Forum of Travel and Tourism Advocates


For those who still dont know IFTTA:

IFTTA is an independent international association of lawyers sharing a common commitment to travel and tourism law. It was founded in 1983.

Annually, IFTTA helds conferences all over the world and regional workshops to exchange information and knowledge on Travel and tourism law. The issues discussed adresse developments regarding the travel industry and the travellers as well.

At present, IFTTA membership comprises lawyers from about 45 countries across the globe. Sections have been formed in Europe, Argentina, Israel, Brazil and soon in North America and for the Asia-Pacific region.
